DEUTZ GENERATOR BA6M816

All 7 Main Bearing pockets were oversized by 0.25mm. Pockets 2-6 were resized first followed by 1 and 7 to allow for alignment. Copper build up on the Bearing Saddle. The copper plating line-boring back to original dimension and nickel plated for final finish. Repair plating completed and getting ready for re-assembly and return back to customer.

TAIKO KIKAI GEARBOX 2TR20 -1200

All 8 Bearing Housings were misaligned due to a grouting problem causing severe scoring on the bores. Resized Housings were build-up an average of 0.6mm on radius. Copper is evenly deposited on the Bearing Saddle.

MARINE DIESEL ENGINE PROPULSION REPAIR

Fretting on Main Bearing Cap caused by bearing vibration. Surrounding edge of Cap was still within tolerance. The bearing cap was hand finished using the surrounding area as the reference. No post machining was required for finish.

CYLINDER HEAD REPAIR
