When a Hydraulic shaft fluid leaks, it will be degraded or non-functional. The equipment has to be disassembled and the shaft removed and transported to a repair facility. However, if LOPSCO Brush plating process is used, it will save downtime as the repair can be done onsite with minimal disassembling.
The Marine Crane Chain was dislodged during bad weather and it hits the hydraulic shaft.
The dislodged chain caused 20 indentations on the hydraulic shaft surface.
The indentations was repaired electrolytically filled copper utilizing LOPSCO Brush Plating Process.
LOPSCO Brush Nickel Plating is then electrolytically deposited and polished to final surface finish and tolerance.
